Is the setup fee charged on both plans?

Yes. Growth and Scale each have a US$979 one-time setup fee in addition to the monthly subscription. The checkout shows the full amount, billing currency and any applicable taxes before you pay.

What happens if we use all our proposals?

The platform pauses the creation of additional new proposals when you reach your allowance. There are no automatic overage charges. Growth teams can upgrade from their account; teams expecting more than 200 proposals can contact us about their requirements.

Do unused proposals roll over?

No. Each plan’s allowance resets at the start of the next billing period. Choose the plan that best matches your usual monthly quoting activity.

Are the Canada and United States options different plans?

No. The selector carries your company’s operating country into setup. All RoofScope subscriptions and setup fees are charged in USD. Your company quotes its customers in CAD for Canada or USD for the United States, with rates, taxes and terms configured for its market.

How do I cancel?

Submit a cancellation request through support in your account. Your request stays connected to your company and subscription, and support confirms the cancellation details with you.

Does RoofScope cover every property and utility?

Available imagery and roof-analysis coverage vary by property. Utility assumptions, agreements and connected services need the relevant company configuration. Do not assume that an available address automatically has a verified utility tariff or a completed site assessment.
